Our client is a world-leading manufacturer with a global presence and growing APAC market. They are currently seeking experienced Direct & Indirect Material Operational Buyers / Team Leads to support procurement functions and be part of their expanding shared services team.

Your new role

You will execute and monitor operational procurement PR/PO activities according to defined categories as provided by various international stakeholders. You will also conduct market analysis and review PO and invoice processing and ensure quality KPIs are met. You will work with various internal teams to build effective relationships and identify opportunities for improvement, cost-savings, contract streamlining and compliance to internal processes. Seniors will also mentor your junior team members to upskill and develop them.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2-8 years' experience in a similar role in an MNC
• Proven knowledge of dealing with international stakeholders, added advantage if supporting Europe and APAC markets
• Current experience in SAP, ARIBA, COUPA and other e-procurement tools
• Fluent written & spoken English. Other European and ASEAN languages an added-advantage.
