One of the largest conglomerates in Sarawak is looking to hire a Head of Communications.

Your new company

One of the largest conglomerates in East Malaysia is actively looking to hire a Head of Corporate communications with active involvement in CSR projects.

Your new role

Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives, values, and brand positioning.

Lead the creation of compelling content including press releases, corporate announcements, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral to effectively convey key messages and showcase our projects and initiatives.

Oversee the management of digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email newsletters, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles, preferably within the real estate or property development industry

Strong media relations skills with experience in securing positive press coverage and managing crisis communication situations.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.

Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions to achieve business objectives.
