Your new role

You will be responsible to ensure clinical excellence and enhancing collaborative care models through innovation in healthcare delivery, patient experience and integration of clinical processes and digital health. This will be achieved through cross-functional competence in an agile team and providing leadership in clinical development to contribute to the development and implementation of a connected care program. This is an opportunity that you can be the expert and specialist in this field and would further enhance your exposure in Life insurance for customer centricity and patient care journeys. If you are from a healthcare background with clinical experience, this role is for you!

What you'll need to succeed

• Possess a degree in nursing, medicine, pharmacy, physician or any related healthcare qualification

• 5–7 years of proven clinical experience

• Strong stakeholder management and regional exposure will be an added advantage

• Strong exposure in delivering projects focusing on a customer journey or clinical care journey

• Able to work in agile teams

• Knowledge in life/ medical insurance will be a plus point

• An independant and collaborative teamworker
