Your new role
Drive the organization's people strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and engagement.
Manage, mentor, and develop the People & Culture team, setting clear goals and performance expectations, and leading key HR initiatives.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and senior leadership on people management issues, and act as a trusted advisor and business partner.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, lead compensation and benefits, and oversee the implementation of HR technology systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in Singapore and Malaysia.
Good knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations in Malaysia and Singapore.
Proficient in HRIS, workforce analytics tools, and other HR software platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
High degree of emotional intelligence, results-oriented, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and physical capability to perform job duties.
