In 2015, the company was acquired by a larger entity, which has helped expand its market reach.

Your new role

• To plan, forecast and manage the overall recruitment process at all levels.
• Work closely with HODs to ensure business goals
• Create and plan all L&D modules inclusive of talent development
• Develop and plan overall performance management system
• Monitoring payroll administration
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Handling employee internal relations and engagement

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in full HR spectrum - preferably from manufacturing background
• Have managed a small team before
• Experienced in labour laws and permit processing
• Looking for someone from a manufacturing background
