My client is the world's largest chemical manufacturing company, and they are looking for a Digital Hub Manager to be part of the shared service team in KL to support the Asia business.
Your new role
- Support the digital hub lead in overall planning and coordination activities
- Take ownership of certain processes and drive their improvement activities.
- Create suitable platforms to foster employee engagement, steer and facilitate different activities
- Represent the Digital Hub in external employer branding activities
- Overseeing the team members' involvement in the Digital Hub roadmap and activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years’ related working experience
- Experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities and workshops
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
- Proven ability to inspire and lead teams
