My client is the world's largest chemical manufacturing company, and they are looking for a Digital Hub Manager to be part of the shared service team in KL to support the Asia business.


Your new role

  • Support the digital hub lead in overall planning and coordination activities
  • Take ownership of certain processes and drive their improvement activities.
  • Create suitable platforms to foster employee engagement, steer and facilitate different activities
  • Represent the Digital Hub in external employer branding activities
  • Overseeing the team members' involvement in the Digital Hub roadmap and activities


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years’ related working experience
  • Experience in planning and executing employee engagement activities and workshops
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead teams
