Your new company

My client is the world's largest chemical manufacturing company, and they are looking for a Digital Lead (Senior Manager) to be part of the shared service team in KL to support the Asia business.

Your new role

  • Leads the Digital Excellence Team in Asia Pacific, including regional digital product owners and data scientists
  • Accountable for developing and maintaining a connected ecosystem of digital products to provide state-of-the-art digital touchpoints for our customers as well as digital tools for our internal teams.
  • Work closely with the leadership of IT (Digital Factory) and country commercial and digital excellence leadership to prioritise business needs and efficient delivery of solutions.
  • Drives digital innovation by integrating new technologies like AI and supporting new business models


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in customer excellence, B2C for customer goods or just B2B (B2C is preferred)
  • Experienced in the digital space, transformation and business experience in digital space
  • Leadership, able to drive any topic, stakeholder management
