Your new role
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and hospital management, along with being a practising doctor. This role is crucial for driving strategic growth, forging partnerships, and expanding their services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve organisational goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favourable terms and successful partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with clinical and operational objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team.
