Your new company

My client is a listed main contractor who currently handles many projects. As their team is expanding, they are currently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their organisation.

Your new role

• Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc.
• Prepare award of contracts, check contract documents and recommend contractor's valuations.
• Accountable for pre-and post-contract management, monitoring materials and construction costs, site valuation, variation order and final accounts.
• Assist in operations matters on contractual issues and any other contract administration duties related to QS.

What you'll need to succeed

• Candidates must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

• Preferably Candidate with 6 years' Working Experience as a QS Consultant or Main Contractor.

• Candidates should be available to work 5.5 days a week.
