MNC looking for a Program Manager (NPI) in injection molding industry
Your new company
My client is a MNC contract manufacturing company with strong foundation in injection molding processes. With over decades of years of expertise, they specialize in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for industries such as medical, automotive, and consumer goods. Based in Senai, Johor, they are currently on the lookout for strong candidates with extensive knowledge and experience in injection molding and NPI processes to take on a Program Manager role within the company.

Your new role
  • Oversee multiple NPI projects
  • Ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and act as the primary liaison with clients.
  • Involve in risk assessment, performance tracking, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5-7 years of working experience within manufacturing
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
  • Technical expertise in injection molding processes and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience handling multiple NPI projects
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
