Your new role

• Offers advanced support for security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems.

• Address and resolve intricate security issues and incidents, sometimes working with external consultants.

• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations to pinpoint and mitigate security threats.

• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Conduct regular security audits and health checks to confirm the effectiveness of security measures.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in systems protection or cybersecurity roles, with a focus on advanced support.

• Expertise in managing and administering security tools like CrowdStrike or Trellix ACC.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat modelling and incident response.
