You will be working for a reputable market-leader within the healthcare industry who is looking for an Assistant Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to be based in Selangor. Your new role

You will be responsible for:

• Prepare financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation report and industry research
• Conduct of due diligence
• Project evaluation of M&A, investment & growth initiatives
• Work with various external financial advisors, bankers, investors, potential investors, external brokers and other external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will possess:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Actuarial Science/Economics
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA is a huge advantage
• Corporate finance experience, M&A advisory, financial modelling and business valuation
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Good Presentation Skills
