• Your new role

• Governance and Oversight: Ensure overall governance of Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining the Testing Operating Model across projects and meeting project timelines.
• Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement test strategies, manage QA resource allocation, estimate QA and UAT efforts, and create detailed test plans, including test matrices and cycle planning.
• Risk Management and Coordination: Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and coordinate testing efforts across projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder support.
• Test Execution and Management: Oversee the execution of test plans, assign and manage test resources, and coordinate UAT with regular reporting to project managers and stakeholders.
• Business Readiness and Support: Provide business readiness support, live provisioning, and apply QA processes across multiple business units, ensuring consistent capture and reporting of changes.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 7 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer

• Possesses leadership skills, and is experienced at guiding testers

• Must come from an Insurance / Banking / Finance industry
