You will be counted on to support the Head of Agency Strategy Planning for overall Agency Sales Planning, Performance Management and Transformation Projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• More than 10 years of relevant working experience under Agency function within Insurance

• Familiar with Agency Business Cycle is a must

• Experience in Budget Planning and Project Management will be an added advantage.

• Strong Data Analysis together with using Data Analytics Tools

• Good communication and presentation skills
