You will join a renowned automotive principal company who have been pioneers in the business for over half a century. In line with their ongoing service operations, the client seeks a talented After Sales Manager to lead the sales support team.

Your new role

- Oversee the after-sales service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, including training programs for service staff.
- Monitor and analyse service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote after-sales services and create customer retention programs.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Ability to manage and lead a large team of twenty
• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in after sales and service in the automotive sector
• Possess a minimum of diploma, degree or masters in the relevant field
• Strong knowledge in managing aftersales / service operations, customer complaints, spare parts and warranty services
