Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash Specialist (based in Kulim, Kedah)

Your new role

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be an integral part of the finance team, responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
  • Monitoring aging reports and handling overdue accounts with professionalism.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting the setup of new financial workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial roles, ideally within shared services.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP software).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to a growing team.
