Their Shared Services Center (SSC) in Malaysia is expanding to support operations across the Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji markets, offering an exciting opportunity for career growth.

Your new role

As a Billing Supervisor, you will play a key role in the OTC (Order-to-Cash) division, leading a team of 6. You will be involved in overseeing billing operations while working closely with regional finance and sales teams. This role also offers direct exposure to system implementation projects, making it an ideal opportunity for growth and leadership development.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong operational knowledge of billing processes with experience in SAP systems (S4HANA exposure is a plus).
  • Leadership potential and the ability to engage proactively with teams and stakeholders across regions.
  • Background in MNCs or commercial environments; exposure to FMCG, or chemical industries is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated career stability (minimum 2–3 years in relevant roles).
  • Flexibility to work early hours (7 AM start) with allowances provided.
  • Open to relocation if necessary.
