Your new company
You will be working as a BDM (Solar - South / Central / North Region) for a comprehensive service provider specializing in solar energy solutions.
Your new role
Identify and pursue potential leads to successfully convert them into customers.
Manage and grow existing and new client accounts in assigned regions (Central, Penang, or Johor Bahru), focusing on the commercial and industrial segments.
Address customer inquiries with relevant information on company products and services.
Develop and present tailored solutions and quotations based on customer needs.
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet individual sales targets.
Handle customer issues and maintain strong relationships to safeguard the company’s interests.
Collaborate closely with the Design & Project teams and other internal stakeholders to address customer requirements.
Monitor account receivables.
Represent the company in external forums and promote products and services effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Prior experience in the solar energy industry is a significant advantage.
Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented personality.
Willingness to travel and have own transportation.
