You’ll be working for a reputable IT System Integrator within the Tech industry who is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to be based in Petaling Jaya. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.
Your new role
Consistently exceed revenue targets and sustainably grow the account.
Identify and create customer-specific transformational opportunities with Client-focused solutions.
Manage client satisfaction in IT and business service delivery, ensuring profit objectives are met.
Identify new business opportunities and oversee the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in expanding existing business within the account.
Collaborate with principals, partners, and suppliers in sales activities related to the Company's IT products and services to achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Present, negotiate, and prepare contracts and quotations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
What you'll need to succeed
Passion and Skills for Success: Demonstrates a strong desire to win, with effective communication and challenger sales skills to engage and coach stakeholders.
Industry and Account Expertise: Possesses deep industry and account knowledge to influence and add value to customer engagements.
Collaboration and Planning: Excels in interpersonal and collaborative skills, developing and executing account and opportunity plans while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Min 3 years experience in IT software Sales or sales related background with history and track record of achievement of Revenue Objectives.
Solid experience in servicing diverse industries. Candidates with Business Intelligence/Analytics sales experience will have a distinct advantage.
