Your new role

• Reviewing / developing financial models
• Generating models for valuation metrics
• Analysing financial status / risk from financial models
• Drafting marketing documents such as confidential information memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments
• Analysing (target) company’s performance - consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
• Interactions and communication with financiers on funding of transactions
• Drafting of management papers and presentation slides on transactions
• Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to superior based on sound analysis
• Annual report preparation, including write-ups and ESG reporting
• External affairs – liaison with external bond holders, debt financiers, equity analysts
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance

• Proven working experience in any related field, minimum 5 to 8 years working experience in related field
• Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies
• Strong communication skills with a variety of levels of constituents
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
• Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Team player with strong attention to detail
• Travel and work schedule flexibility
