They are currently on the lookout for a CTO to revamp their solutions to be more aligned with ever changing market needs.

Your new role

The CTO is responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, leading innovation efforts, and managing tech teams to ensure efficient deployment of software and hardware. They ensure the security and scalability of systems, manage the technology budget, and collaborate with other executives to align technology goals with business objectives. Additionally, they present reports on the company's technology status and progress to the executive committee.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Extensive Experience:
  Proven track record in technology management, preferably within the insurtech industry.
• Leadership Skills:
  Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to guide tech teams and collaborate with executives.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends relevant to the industry.
