Established more than 20 years ago in Malaysia, this company is a world leading international designer, manufacturer and marketer of office systems and related office furniture products. With increasing demand and company expansion, this company is looking to expand and hire several designers to join their team.

Your new role

As a Graphical Asset Specialist, you will be the main point of contact to liaise with the product and project management team, to improve on the engineering models, and test existing CAD drawings and symbols. You will be primarily liaising with the team in Canada, so a strong command of the English language is a must for this position.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in handling technical drawings

• Possess a Degree in Mechanical, manufacturing, CADCAM or any other related field or a Diploma in the above field with 5yrs of hands-on working experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Ability to interpret installation instructions and technical drawings.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (both 2D and 3D).

• Proficient in creating neat and detailed drawings for parts, assemblies, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

• You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD LISP and VBA knowledge is an asset.
