Your new role

In this leadership role, you will directly impact the enterprise by utilising actuary skillsets in establishing risk limits, risk appetites and the sporadic reviews of KRI’s through timely procedures - adhering to local regulatory requirements. Furthermore, it is expected that you contribute to the growth of the business by working closely with all business functions through assessments, identification and mitigation; thus forming your own legacy within the company.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be able to demonstrate relevant previous experience in insurance, as well as;

  • Ideally, you will have at least 8 year(s) of actuary experience within the general insurance industry.
  • A tertiary qualification in either; Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, Finance, IT and Business.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; both spoken and written.
  • An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management protocols in a multidisciplinary enterprise.
