Your new role
Candidate management
• Represent Enterprise Solutions and self professionally in all dealings with candidates
• Input customer and candidate information on the recruitment technology system (ie 3SS, OneTouch or other) including updating records and candidate resumes in a timely and accurate manner
• Effectively pre-register candidates
• Assist Sourcing Centre team to longlist/shortlist vacancies if required
• Forward messages to the Sourcing team in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage returned candidate e-shots to confirm correct email addresses and update accurately on the recruitment technology system
• Generate and coordinate the communication of offer details to successful candidates where required
• Ensure aftercare is carried out effectively if required

Administration
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, conference calls, client and candidate functions/entertainment
• Complete reports and ad hoc projects as requested

Systems integrity
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the importance of all recruitment technologies and system integrity responsibilities
