This organisation specialises in providing end-to-end integrated solutions across various industries, including data storage, mobile devices, and consumer electronics. They are currently looking for an ERP support analyst to join their dynamic team in Johor to support their manufacturing operations.

Your new role

You will be required to coordinate and support the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. You are also expected to collaborate with various departments to provide training, support, and maintain the system to adapt to changing business needs. Additionally, you will need to analyse and map operational processes to ERP functionalities, identify gaps, and work with the technical team for solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Experience in supporting ERP systems
• Functional knowledge in the operational modules within ERP
• Familiar with the business processes within a manufacturing environment
