Finance Specialist (PTP/RTR) - (Reconciliation & Vendor Management)

This global Shared Services Centre is part of a world-leading multinational group, known for
innovation, strong team culture, and a flexible working environment. They are currently expanding
their Finance function and looking for a detail-oriented to join their team.
Your new role
As the Finance Specialist, you will play a key technical role in finance operations, focusing on
reconciliation and vendor management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Posting POs and handling GR/IR reconciliation in SAP
- Performing vendor reconciliations and addressing supplier queries
- Supporting monthly journal entries and month-end closing activities
- Assisting with supplier invoice reconciliations and intercompany recharges
- Engaging with key stakeholders including HR and HRBPs
- Learning and navigating internal finance systems
What you'll need to succeed
✅ Solid SAP experience – must-have
✅ Intermediate Excel proficiency
✅ Strong reconciliation and technical finance knowledge
✅ Effective communication skills and stakeholder management
✅ Exposure to MNC environments preferred

- Prior experience working in global shared services or regional finance hub
- Cultural adaptability and professionalism in cross-border communication
