What you'll need to succeed

• At least 10 years in a managerial position in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry

• Poison A license holders and International FDA dealings are an added advantage

• Ability to lead from the front and grow managers / engineers

• A good track record of having a positive influence on working culture

• A sharp and keen eye on the overall business, paired with a doer's approach to making things happen
