Recently, they are aiming to bring in extra brands into the industry as part of the expansion plan.Your new role
Develop and align HR strategy with company goals, design HR department structure, and formulate HR plans, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and manage HR budget, provide technical and professional HR advice, and ensure compliance with local laws.
Implement succession planning, review departmental manpower needs, and oversee hiring processes.
Develop recruitment and selection processes, ensure compliance with local laws, and utilize appropriate channels.
Review and analyze roles, salaries, ranking, and benefits systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the retail or hospitality HR, with at least 5 to 7 years in a managerial position
Proven track record of managing a large workforce in a fast-paced environment
In-depth knowledge of the full HR spectrum with hands-on experience
Experience as a HR Business Partner in a multinational company preferred
