My client is in the telecommunication industry and is looking for someone who will be responsible for supervising and controlling construction quotation processes, ensuring the security of all price-related information and the Commission’s Act and policies. Conduct estimation tasks, quantity take-offs based on drawings and establish a subcontractor data system. Monitor actual construction costs and quantities.

Your new role

• Pre-qualification of tenderers Source and identify suitable tenderers, evaluation and recommendation of tenderers to participate in the tender as per the tender programme.

• Prepare Tender Documents including Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and cost estimation. Validate the quantity and advise the purchaser on materials to be ordered.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor, any Engineering field, or related disciplines

• Certified Professional Member Building Surveying or Board of Quantity Surveyor (BOQS) is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor is an added advantage
