Your new company

As a multinational manufacturing company in Nilai, this company has been here for decades, being a key player in various industries such as transportation, machinery, logistics, industrial and many more. As the business is expanding, they are looking for a HRBP Manager to come in and support them in managing their key business unit whilst working closely with the Regional Team.

Your new role

Despite this role being a HRBP role, this role is still expected to be quite hands-on to ensure everything within the business unit goes smoothly. Some key projects you can expect would be that they are rolling out several policies and projects from the Group level which you would then need to ensure they are properly cascaded down. On top of that, as they are introducing several new products, you will need to be strong in talent acquisition to attract strong talents and ensure key positions are filled up for the success of the business. Ultimately, this role is an end-to-end HR role with the except of payroll as there will be a payroll expert managing that aspect.

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 6–8 Years of HR Generalist experience

• At least a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualifications.

• Highly preferred someone from an Industrial background (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, etc)
