This long-standing organisation is a leader in the F&B production industry due to their innovation and worldwide distribution to over 100 countries. Due to market growth, they are looking for an HRIS Manager to support the day-to-day operations.
Your new role
As an HRIS Manager, your role is to support HRIS to ensure the smoothness of day-to-day operations. You will be working closely with the stakeholders from other regions, and your responsibilities will include the implementation of SAP SuccessFactor, providing preliminary technical support, troubleshooting, user guidance and recommending system improvements and implementing solutions for the business unit.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience with SAP SuccessFactor implementation projects on a regional level.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Administration, with good experience in HRIS and payroll process
Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and able to deal with large amounts of data
