Your new role

As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted to solve IT technical issues over the phone, emails or chat. You will be the first point of contact to solve the issue before passing it to the second level.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficient in English and Korean. (Native/Professional Proficiency) - Read, type and speak.
  • Prior working experience in call center.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
