Your new role
You will consolidate financial data from internal divisions such as marketing, sales, IT, then perform data analysis and visualisation to craft stories for financial reporting (management reporting).
You will closely collaborate with business partners from different regions (e.g. Japan, Europe) and support process improvement efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent Excel, data analysis and visualisation skills
- Minimum 7 years of total work experience or more, ideally in accounting and finance field
- Business-level English proficiency
- Minimum intermediate business proficiency in Japanese (speak, read, write) would be a strong advantage.
- Maturity and ability to lead and guide a team member
- Advantage: Familiarity with Power BI / Power Query / Power Pivot or other data analysis/visualisation tools
- Ability to work independently and with various stakeholders
