Your new role

You will be providing technical support on system and software-related applications. Other key responsibilities also include:

• Providing application support for programming/measurement requests
• Preparing and conducting demonstrations for pre-sale engagements
• On-site troubleshooting for system & software issues

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in application engineering and service engineering
• In-depth knowledge of metrology, precision equipment and relevant technologies
• Strong background in technical support skills preferred
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently
