Kickstart/Develop your HR Service career in an expanding shared services centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur

Your new company

You will be joining a growing shared services centre (SSC) which provides support to their Asia Pacific business. This SSC is part of a well-established multinational company. Your workplace is located in Kuala Lumpur.

Your new role

You will utilise your Korean language proficiency to support your company's Korea employee matters. You will gain exposure to a wide range of HR operations and provide such services, e.g. resolving HR-related enquiries, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee movement, etc. You will also help to maintain accurate employee data, while contributing to process improvements.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Business-level Korean proficiency; minimum around TOPIK Level 4 proficiency
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • 0 – 3 years of experience within HR (training will be provided; open to fresh graduates)
  • Advantage: Work experience in SSC
  • Strong work ethics and communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Malaysia (no employment pass sponsorship)
