Your new role

As a Lead Analyst, HRIT, you will be responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and driving new features to enhance customer experience. You will work closely with Group Solution Architects, manage communication with HRIT vendors, and ensure alignment of deliverables with business processes. Your role will also involve resource planning for regional projects and maintaining high-quality standards in team deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: More than 4 years of experience in implementing Workday Integration with third-party systems (e.g., EIB, Web Service, Core Connector, Picof, PECI).
• Education: University/College graduate in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and presentation skills, and high interpersonal skills. Experience in Workday Reporting/Prism module is an advantage.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in people management. Ability to work effectively with others and committed to fulfilling client expectations.
• Technical Knowledge: Practical experience with HR processes and practices, and knowledge of Workday Module and Payroll data flow.
