Your new role

  • Lead a team of 5 data scientists, data engineers, and ML engineers.
  • Ensure stability, performance, and continuous operation of AI products.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
  • Experience managing data scientists and data engineers.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud computing technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformer models, vector databases, RAG frameworks, Langchain, etc.
  • Experience with ML Ops tools and frameworks such as Kubeflow and MLflow is desirable.
