Due to market growth, they're looking for a Learning & Development Manager to drive their people development agenda.

Your new role

As a Learning & Development Manager, you'll be overseeing the people development agenda from Learning & Development, Talent Management and Talent Development. You'll be leading and driving people's initiatives to identify learning gaps and meet the company's learning requirements. You'll be working as an individual contributor to drive the learning agenda within the organisation. You'll have the opportunity to propose, design and implement learning framework. You'll also have the opportunity to deal and work with senior stakeholders and own the development agenda.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' of experience in L&D, Talent Development, Talent Management related role.
• Positive mindset, can-do attitude, resilient, independent learner.
• Great team player, able to work in a lean team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with great verbal and written communication in English.
• Comfortable to work as an individual contributor role.
