Your new role – Logistics Coordinator
As a Logistics Coordinator specialising in supporting verification processes on site, you will be integral to the successful execution of projects across Kulim, Penang, Johor, and Selangor. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating and overseeing verification activities, ensuring all processes meet project and regulatory requirements. You will act as the key contact point, collaborating with various stakeholders to provide real-time updates and ensure seamless operations.

- Monitor and report on verification processes, ensuring that standards and deadlines are met.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during verification activities, mitigating risks promptly.
- Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documentation related to verification processes – customs & customers.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely verification.
- Ensure all verification activities adhere to regulatory and company standards, maintaining high-quality assurance.
Your new role – Tender & Quotation SpecialistAs a Tender and Quotation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business success through meticulous management of the tender and quotation process – engaging directly with customers, ensuring that all tender and quotation requests are handled with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. By providing timely and precise responses, you will support customers in making informed decisions.
What you'll need to succeed – Tender & Quotation Specialist
- Handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Develop and provide accurate and competitive quotations to prospective clients in a timely manner.
- Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements, provide updates, and answer any queries related to tenders and quotations.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to ensure our quotes remain competitive and attractive.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all tenders and quotations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and other relevant teams to gather necessary information and coordinate efforts for successful tender submissions.
