Your new role

• Support Production Systems: Ensure smooth day-to-day manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage MES Applications: Plan, design, configure, implement, and maintain MES applications to meet operational requirements.
• Develop and Test Functionalities: Analyse, design, configure, develop, and test MES functionalities in a controlled development environment.
• Collaborate with Operations: Assist the operations team in testing and accepting new changes in the MES test environment.
• Migrate and Monitor Systems: Work with the DBA team to migrate new functionalities to the production MES environment and monitor the application to ensure it operates normally.
• Handle Incidents: Troubleshoot and manage MES incidents reported by the operations team.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep comprehensive documentation for key applications.
• Work with IT Teams: Collaborate with the local IT team on MES projects and support activities.
• Develop Team Capabilities: Foster team growth through training and resource management. Define and regularly review team KPIs with members.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in planning, configuring, implementing, and maintaining Production/MES applications.
• Knowledge of SQL commands, SDLC, Scrum, and fundamental DB knowledge.
• Experience in leading and implementing MES deployments.
• Ability to read and write in Mandarin (to work with development team)
