This healthcare provider is part of a multinational group that operates a network of medical facilities across several countries in Southeast Asia.

Your New Role –

In this role, you will be focusing on –

Supporting and monitoring existing infrastructure, performing preventative maintenance work and support activities.
Plan, manage and implement infrastructure projects and upgrades.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, including network congestion, packet loss, and connectivity problems.
Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements to enhance network performance, reliability, and security.

What you’ll need to succeed –

Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
Proactive and solution driven.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical terminology to people with limited or no technical understanding.
Working on Aruba, Cisco Core Switches, Edge Switches, Access Points & Aruba Central.
Firewalling – FortiGate, Sophos, and Palo Alto.
