A leading Financial Services company is looking for an experienced Performance & Rewards Senior Manager to join their global team based in Kuala Lumpur. With a vision to become the market leader, they have continued to innovate and expand. Due to expansion, they are in need for a strong C&B expert to join their team.
Your new role
As a Performance & Rewards Manager / Senior Manager, you'll be reporting to HR Director in leading the Compensation and Benefits space. You'll lead the reward management, performance management and employee benefits, as well as overseeing payroll operations. You'll also lead the annual compensation revenue, performance management cycle as well as rewards and benefits strategies to ensure the business objectives are met. You'll also advise the other stakeholders and HR team on Job Evaluation based on WTW methodology.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in leading compensation and benefits strategies, familiar with annual salary review, job evaluation, and performance management calibration.
Leadership experience is highly preferred and open to candidates who are currently at Manager level to apply.
Strong command of English, able to work with different stakeholders.
Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
