Policy Administration Executive (Mandarin speaking)

Policy Servicing Executive role with a well-established MNC based in Kuala Lumpur
Your new company
You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the Life Insurance industry who is looking for Policy Processing Executives to be based in Kuala Lumpur. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.
Your new role
This will be an entry-level position, which is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking to embark on your career with a multinational company. Job responsibilities include:
  • Process Policy Service requests from policyholders in the system efficiently and accurately
  • Process changes to policy terms, coverages, and members information as requested
  • Maintain policy records keeping and ensure daily transactions follow the company's guidelines, service standards and quality
  • Escalate and flag out cases, followed by work with the Team Leader towards resolution within service level agreement (SLA)
  • Participate in UAT testing for new product launches or any adhoc project as per required

What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor Degree holders or individuals with Administrative experience are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience within the insurance industry will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
