You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the General Insurer who is looking for a Product Delivery Specialist. The company highly supports career progression and offers an innovative work environment. Due to organisational growth and expansion, they are opening a new headcount for Product Delivery Specialist.

Your new role
- Own the UAT process: Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely User Acceptance Testing, guaranteeing that system functionality meets our expectations
- Collaborate on product development : Work closely with the *Product Development* team to ensure new products are well-tested, aligned with business goals, and ready for launch
- Be a problem solver: Collaborate with the application team to resolve any defects or issues quickly and efficiently
- Shape our systems and products : Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements and product development activities, ensuring everything functions at peak quality
- Make data work for us: Provide insightful analysis and reporting when needed to improve both our systems and product offerings.

What you'll need to succeed
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Product Development, UAT, system enhancements or related fields
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in MS Excel and SQL as a strong plus.
