Your new role

As the new Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for liaising with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery and consistent supply chain reliability. You will oversee the end to end purchasing process to ensure the availability of the relevant materials essential to the project's success. In this role, you will also be collaborating with the tender team to acquire updated cost information from suppliers all while ensuring all purchasing and procurement activities align with compliance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in similar industries.

• Proven track record in purchasing for a project manufacturing and assembly environment.

• Effective internal and external stakeholder communication abilities in English. Added advantage if fluent in Mandarin.
• Strong capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
