Your new role

• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with project milestones.

• Lead negotiation and award of subcontract packages, ensuring cost efficiency and timely procurement.

• Prepare, submit, and manage progress claims to clients, including all supporting documentation.

• \Monitor project costs, perform regular cost reporting, and support variation and final account processes.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying/ Contract Management in the construction industry

• Experience in high-rise construction, airports, land reclamation projects.

• Able to work/ relocate to Singapore
