Your new role
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
Quickly address and resolve client concerns, proactively mitigating potential risks.
Develop customized account plans that align with client goals and company strategies.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.
Track and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Recommend actionable strategies to optimize client performance and satisfaction.
Stay updated on company product offerings and industry trends.
Guide clients on effectively utilizing solutions.
Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, IT, Marketing, Support) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Serve as the client's advocate within the organization to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Promptly and professionally address and resolve client concerns or complaints.
What you'll need to succeed
Have ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining personalized client engagement.
Proficiency in CRM tools, project management platforms, and reporting software.
Proven experience in Account Management or a similar role.
Fluency in English; Additional languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Mandarin or Khmer is a plus.
