Our client is currently looking for a driven and client-centric Account Manager. This role is all about managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and boosting revenue. Achieving success means taking a proactive stance on building relationships, strategic planning, and closely working with various departments to align client needs with company objectives. Your new role

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.

  • Quickly address and resolve client concerns, proactively mitigating potential risks.

  • Develop customized account plans that align with client goals and company strategies.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.

  • Track and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Recommend actionable strategies to optimize client performance and satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on company product offerings and industry trends.

  • Guide clients on effectively utilizing solutions.

  • Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, IT, Marketing, Support) to ensure smooth client onboarding.

  • Serve as the client's advocate within the organization to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

  • Promptly and professionally address and resolve client concerns or complaints.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining personalized client engagement.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management platforms, and reporting software.

  • Proven experience in Account Management or a similar role.

  • Fluency in English; Additional languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Mandarin or Khmer is a plus.
