• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including month-end close activities, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Produce financial reports related to annual budgets, financial forecasts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly group consolidation reports for management.
• Collect, interpret, and review financial information.
• Provide management with advice and recommendations on costs, financial performance, and revenue generation.
• Analyze trends and make recommendations for revenue generation and cost reduction.
• Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations.
• Oversee and manage the audit process and handle queries and information requests.
• Collaborate with auditors and various stakeholders across all offices.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist senior management in strategic planning by providing financial insights and modeling business scenarios.
• Manage and contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in detailed financial and commercial analysis.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and mature.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Commercial and business awareness.
