With a strong distribution network and a commitment to growth, the company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (East Malaysia) to drive sales performance, expand market reach, and strengthen partnerships with key customers and distributors.
Your New Role
Lead and develop the field sales team to maximize market coverage, optimize store servicing, and drive sales growth in East Malaysia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and sub-distributors to ensure business growth.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies, trade activation plans, and distribution expansion initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
Ensure high execution standards, from product availability to in-store visibility, while driving team performance to meet KPIs.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing field sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Fluency in English & Bahasa Melayu (knowledge of local dialects is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently across East Malaysia.
