Your new role

As an integral member of the team, you will manage customer requests as well as prepare sustainable sales quotations whilst collaborating with several departments - Order Management, Marketing, and Commercial. You will coordinate logistics, bridging the gap between logistics service providers and principal. You will also lead logistics improvement initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and enhance overall quality and business processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience within the Logistics function with a strong background in Quotations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing import and export documentation - including customs declarations for all types of commodities via ocean, air, and land freight.
• Must be able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, sales, finance, and operations.
• Proactive in meeting customer requirements and ensuring that all shipments are delivered on a timely basis.
